For your feedback....

Thanks for the feedback I did receive. Once I finish writing and revising I think I will give fanfiction.net a chance. Since you were so helpful...I think a sneak peek later in the fanfic is in order. XD
For this chapter, since this will be in the middle, Kaiya was kidnapped by Organization XIII by Zexion. Roxas turned out to be on her side and hid her away in the tower where the other Organization members couldn't find her. Two weeks went by with no news from Sora and no one finding out she was missing. The Organization has just found out that Kaiya has escaped. Enjoy!

(Quick note: Sorry to the guys who read this, it gets kinda romancy towards the end. XD Just comment anyway please?)
A portal opened on the other side of the room, making Kaiya jump. “They’re coming.” He said, “I don’t know how long we have.”
Kaiya looked at him for a moment, the question plaguing her mind. “Roxas, how come you’re here if Sora’s still around?” she asked suddenly.
Roxas started at the question and looked at Kaiya curiously. Before he could answer however, he was cut off by a portal forming in the room. Saïx appeared through it. “Well, well, well, Roxas. So you were the rat.” he commented.
Roxas glared at him. Saïx held out his hand and twelve more portals appeared, completely surrounding Kaiya and Roxas. “Do you trust me?” Roxas whispered quickly as they were forced back to back.
Kaiya wondered what prompted the question, but didn’t ask. “Yes.” she replied simply.
“Then take my hand.” Roxas said, turning around to her as Kaiya did the same to him. Roxas held out his right hand as the Organization closed in slowly, wondering whether Roxas would redeem himself. Kaiya looked into Roxas’s pleading eyes and grabbed his hand in her left.
In an instant Roxas made a portal below himself and pulled Kaiya into his arms. Kaiya was startled, but held on tight as the Organization members rushed in too late and the darkness carried them away.
“Roxas…why…have you been helping me?” Kaiya asked as she and Roxas sat on the ledge of the Clock Tower in Twilight Town.
“You’re a friend of Sora’s, right?” Roxas asked her, Kaiya nodded, “I guess it’s because I made a promise to myself to help everyone related to Sora I come across.”
Kaiya looked at him, “Roxas…”
“I also made a promise to protect the ones I love…heart, or no heart.” He continued, meeting Kaiya’s gaze and smiling. Kaiya felt herself go pink.
“Roxas…” she said, finally finding her voice. Kaiya looked into his deep blue eyes and quickly turned away. “I’m not like you. I don’t worry about losing my heart since I’m not from here. That’s why the Organization is after me.” Roxas looked curiously at her, already knowing this from their plans, as she continued, “They’ll follow me until I become a Heartless, isn’t that what they want? I can’t let you get involved with that. You’ve already proved you’re a traitor to them.”
Roxas shook his head, “You don’t get it! I made a promise to Sora to protect you. I’m going to keep that promise no matter what.”
“How touching.” Came the drawl of Xaldin’s voice. Roxas and Kaiya whirled around to see him leaning against the corner of the tower. “Shame I have to bring your sweetheart back.” He said with a sarcastic sneer.
Roxas glared at him, “You’re not taking her back.” He said firmly. “On the contrary, I have orders, and I intend to follow them no matter what the cost.” Xaldin replied, stepping forward. “Now step aside, Roxas.”
“No!” Roxas said, spreading his arms in front of Kaiya to protect her.
Xaldin sighed. “I suppose this will be done the hard way then.” He commented, walking towards them casually.
“Stay back, Kaiya!” Roxas warned as Kaiya stepped forward to help. She gave him a worried look, but obeyed. Roxas drew the Oathkeeper and Oblivion and charged at Xaldin. Xaldin smirked, and with a casual flick of his right arm sent Roxas through the air and off the edge of the tower unconscious.
“Roxas!” Kaiya screamed as the Keyblades flew from his hands and crashed into the tower wall. Throwing caution to the wind, she hopped onto the ledge of the tower and leapt off it after Roxas. She caught him in her arms as they flew through the air, feeling gravity suddenly take effect. “You protected me, Roxas.” She whispered, “Now it’s my turn to repay the favor.”
Kaiya suddenly felt the air around them shift and she felt the weight of falling lift. Opening her eyes, Kaiya discovered herself on a white platform just big enough to hold her and Roxas.
“Still alive, I see.” Xaldin said. Kaiya looked up to see him floating on his lances. She glared at him as she set Roxas down on the platform to rest. “You couldn’t kill me if you wanted to.” She growled, “I’d be no use to the Organization dead.”
Xaldin chuckled. “Of course. Now be a good girl and come with me. You’re still useful to the Organization if you’re hurt. Roxas won’t be protecting you anytime soon.”
Kaiya deepened her glare. “No.” she said firmly and darkly, “I won’t go unless I’m unable to fight!” She spread her arms and focused, rising into the air. An unseen wind blew through her clothes and hair, giving her a goddess-like appearance as she floated level with Xaldin. Dark swirls spiraled up her arms and a silver chain whip with pointed ends appeared in her hands.
“So, your weapons extend beyond a simple Keyblade I see.” Xaldin said, raising an eyebrow, “No matter. You’ll still be coming with me!” He shot a lance straight at Kaiya.
Kaiya whirled the whip in front of her and caught the lance’s point in a link of her whip. Wrapping the whip around the point, Kaiya wrestled the lance from Xaldin’s control and slipped it into her right hand. “Still think I’m coming with you?” she asked coldly.
Xaldin smirked, “You’re a feisty one, but your efforts are useless.” He said. “That whip is of no use if you don’t have two hands!” Saying this, Xaldin shot another lance at Kaiya. She expected this and twirled the whip in her left hand, catching the lance once again in the link of her chain. The momentum of the swing caused the whip to twirl around the lance and Kaiya stole the second lance. The whip disappeared in a flash of white light and Kaiya was left to wield the two lances. “If you want my heart so bad, you can take it,” Kaiya said, “over my dead body!”
With that, she flew herself at Xaldin, striking him with both lances before he had a chance to block. She was then blown back by a gust of wind that burst through her body like needles. Wincing and rattling in pain, Kaiya rushed at Xaldin again. He neatly dodged and struck Kaiya with one of his lances. Ignoring the new flow of pain, Kaiya struck Xaldin twice more before she lost sight of him.
Four lances battered down on Kaiya as she scanned for Xaldin. He had surprised attacked her from above. Unable to focus any longer, Kaiya plummeted to the platform below next to Roxas. Panting heavily, Kaiya got on her hands and knees, her breath shuddering as she stared at the floor. The lances disappeared in a swirling tornado to rejoin Xaldin as Kaiya looked up into his face. “Game’s over.” He said simply, raising his arm to deliver the disabling blow.
Kaiya knew she couldn’t block it. She didn’t have the strength to summon the Oathkeeper and Oblivion, or even get up for that matter. She bowed her head, cringing as she waited for the blow to come. Kaiya’s head popped up when she heard the sound of crashing steel. Xaldin’s face showed the same level of shock as she did to see Roxas standing in front of her, blocking his lance with Oathkeeper and Oblivion.
A scene flashed before Kaiya’s eyes where Roxas as Sora, she was Kairi, and Xaldin was Riku’s Ansem form. The scene only lasted for a moment, but it was etched vividly in her mind. “Is he doing for me what Sora did for Kairi?” she wondered.
She didn’t have time to ponder this thought as Roxas hit the lance away from him and ran full-front at Xaldin. Xaldin quickly jumped into the air, Roxas not far behind, determined to get his revenge on him. “Roxas…” Kaiya muttered as she watched them fight. She finally found the strength to get up and summoned her whip once more.
As Kaiya made to jump after Roxas, she was blocked by a pack of Dusks. Kaiya huffed and twirled her whip, dissipating all of them in one swing. As the whip came to a stop, four of Xaldin’s lances surrounded Kaiya. “No!” she shouted as a force field was made between them. She ran to the force field and began beating it, trying to break through, but to no avail. She growled in frustration and banged her fist on the force field as Roxas and Xaldin whirled above her in battle. Roxas suddenly noticed Kaiya, giving a surprised start. This gave Xaldin the opportunity he had been looking for. He struck Roxas while he was distracted, hurtling him down to the platform. “Roxas!” Kaiya exclaimed as he landed next to her, “Roxas, get up!”
Wincing, Roxas sat up, leaning on his left side in pain. Xaldin landed a few feet in front of them. “I’ll enjoy watching you as you realize you could never save her.” He said in an evil grin. All Kaiya could do was watch helplessly as Xaldin delivered the final blow. He kicked Roxas’s motionless body aside and put down the force field. Kaiya fell to her knees as the lances disappeared around her. “Roxas…no…” she muttered in disbelief, not knowing what to say, “You…can’t…be…”
The realization hit her like a freight train and Kaiya got to her feet, making a dash to get to Roxas’s side. Xaldin caught her around the waist with his right arm, dragging her off easily. “Roxas!” Kaiya screamed, suddenly feeling helpless. She received no response.
Her hatred suddenly boiled, releasing her temper. In a yell of rage, Kaiya summoned Roxas’s Oblivion and sliced Xaldin’s arm. With a cry of pain and rage, Xaldin fell to his knees, clutching his shoulder tightly. Kaiya summoned the Oathkeeper in her left hand and walked up to Xaldin. “I won’t be like those movie girls.” She thought, “I don’t need men to protect me. I can deal with him myself.”
“I’m going to make sure you never wield those lances again.” Kaiya stated darkly. Xaldin summoned his lances quickly and sent all of them in quick succession at her. Kaiya quickly swatted each one away as if they were flies. Realizing he had no moves left, Xaldin made a portal before himself and began to step through. He was about halfway when Kaiya rushed at him and grabbed his ankle, flipping him back into the platform, striking him twice with the two Keyblades. The portal closed as Xaldin flew through the air. Before he had a chance to land, Kaiya met him halfway through the air and attacked rapidly from all angles, her figure only a blur to Xaldin as he was struck.
Xaldin finally landed hard on his back, panting heavily. “H-How?” he rasped, starting to fade away, “How could I lose to you?”
“Shall I start listing in your final moments?” Kaiya asked sarcastically.
With a final glare, Xaldin faded way and Kaiya whirled around to find Roxas. She spotted him, still motionless on the edge of the platform. “Roxas!” Kaiya called, rushing to his side and dropping to her knees. She picked him up and held him in her arms, shaking him to try and wake him up. “C’mon, Roxas! Wake up!” Kaiya said, feeling her eyes water. Still receiving no response, Kaiya hugged Roxas, not even bothering to hide her tears anymore.
She suddenly felt a gloved hand wipe her tears away and two arms pull her into a hug. “Please don’t cry.” came Roxas’s whisper in her ear, “I don’t like to see your tears.”
Kaiya pulled away in surprise and looked at Roxas. Seeing he was actually there, she hugged him tighter than ever. “You’re alright!” she said happily, nearly crying tears of joy.
Roxas laughed. “Of course I am!” he said with a smile as Kaiya let him go to breathe, “I couldn’t go dying on you, now could I?” He suddenly looked around. “Where’s Xaldin?” he asked.
“I took care of him.” Kaiya said, picking up the Oathkeeper and Oblivion. “Hope you don’t mind I borrowed them.” She added with a laugh.
“So, you can fight?” Roxas said as he raised an eyebrow.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Kaiya retorted, giving Roxas a playful shove.
“Ouch!” he cried, grasping his shoulder as he went down.
“Ah! I’m sorry!” Kaiya said hurriedly, casting a cure spell on Roxas.
“No need to apologize.” Roxas said, smiling at Kaiya’s sheepish expression.
“Well, what do we do now?” Kaiya asked, sitting next to Roxas on the platform.
“Since we’re out of the tower, you can use the Keyblades now, so we can go just about anywhere now.” Roxas mused, looking up to the sky as he said this.
“Hm…I suppose you’re right.” Kaiya said, also staring up at the sky as she lay her left arm over her left knee. “We should probably find Sora and the others soon, they’ll be looking for me soon.”
“Ah…you have a point.” Roxas said, a layer of disappointment showing in his voice. Kaiya then remembered what he had said earlier.
“Roxas…did you…really mean what you said earlier?” Kaiya asked nervously.
Roxas laughed, “Of course I did!” he said, “Why would I lie about something like that?”
“But…love is an emotion…isn’t it?” Kaiya asked, confused.
“Yeah, but it’s strange,” Roxas replied, “It’s almost as if I have a heart when I’m with you.”
Kaiya flushed beet red and quickly turned away from Roxas. “You really think so?” she asked him.
“Yeah. I think so.” Roxas answered, now appearing on Kaiya’s right side, bending down to meet her gaze as he said this. Kaiya felt herself blush an even deeper red. Roxas smiled at her. “You’re cute when you blush.” He commented as Kaiya attempted to bury her face in her hands to hide her blush from Roxas. Realizing she had been caught, Kaiya giggled and looked at Roxas. “So, you noticed.” She said.
Roxas plopped himself down next to Kaiya. “Kind of hard not to.” He said jokingly.
“Thanks.” Kaiya said sarcastically, wrinkling her nose.
Suddenly the platform disappeared and they fell through the air. Kaiya clutched to Roxas’s arm as he made a portal. They landed with a thud back on top of the Clock Tower. Kaiya rested her head on Roxas’s shoulder, breathing a sigh of relief. “That was a little too close for comfort.” She stated breathlessly. When she stopped shaking from adrenaline after a couple minutes, Kaiya released Roxas’s arm. Wondering why he had been so silent, she looked at him and noticed he was bright red.
“You’re kind of cute when you blush.” Kaiya said with a laugh.
Roxas gave a sheepish laugh and was silent again. Kaiya looked up at the sky above the tower, wondering how Sora was fairing. “I suppose I shouldn’t be too worried since Roxas is on our side, but still…” she thought, “I’m sure they’re at least worried…”
She looked over at Roxas, who was still flushed. “And why is he here while Sora is here too?” she asked herself, “I’m going to have to get to the bottom of this somehow.”
She suddenly stood up and looked down at Twilight Town. “I suppose we should go.” Kaiya said, “It’s not going to be long now before the Organization realizes Xaldin failed.”
“Yeah.” Roxas replied simply, getting up to stand next to her.
Kaiya turned to leave and waited for Roxas, but a hand grabbed her wrist. “What is it, Roxas?” she asked. Turning around, she found herself mere inches away from Roxas’s face. Her face automatically turned beet red as she looked into his deep blue eyes. She couldn’t help it…she was mesmerized by their beauty. “What are you-” she was cut off by Roxas brushing his lips with hers.
“So…he really was telling the truth.” Kaiya thought as soon as their lips connected. As her shock eased, Kaiya closed her eyes and kissed Roxas back. After a few seconds, they parted. Roxas flushed a deep pink and Kaiya flushed a bright red.
“Do you believe me now?” Roxas asked her.
“I-I guess so…” Kaiya said, averting her eyes from him as they stepped through a portal and out into the front yard of the mansion in Twilight Town. Roxas discarded his cloak and gloves there and they made their way through the Tram Common.
"Hold on, Roxas." Kaiya said as they passed the shops. Roxas gave her a questioning look as she ran off to a nearby store, returning with two sea salt ice creams. "Here. It's the least I can do for you since you saved me." she said.
"Thanks." Roxas said with a smile, taking one of the ice creams from her.

Work Paused >_<

My fanfiction work has been paused for now. I want to edit and write more before I post it. I'm debating about putting up on fanfiction.net once I'm done. You think people would like it? I'm hoping it will be one of those fanfics where everyone is begging for the next chapter, but beggars can't be choosers. XD Let me know what you think so far....

Chapter 4

“But what about the others?” Riku asked, “Leon said there were more.”
“Don’t worry about them.” Tron said, “I derezzed them before they captured me.”
Kaiya turned back to the others, “I think someone should stay topside just in case the Heartless or the Organization try to stop us from derezzing the Heartless server.” She suggested. “Riku? Why don’t you? You’re the strongest.”
Riku gave a shrug. “Alright. I could use some target practice.” He said with a smirk towards Sora.
They all ran back to the pit cell where Kaiya transported Riku topside. Sora and Kaiya then made their way back to the Canyon and stopped outside the Eos Tower. “Isn’t it odd no Heartless have shown up?” Sora asked as they were about to enter.
“Now that you mention it…it is kinda strange.” Goofy pointed out.
“They’re probably waiting for us inside the tower.” Kaiya said, “All the more reason to go in there after them.” She stepped forward to go inside the tower.
“Kaiya, look out!” Sora yelled, but she didn’t hear him in time. A random Heartless came and knocked Kaiya off her feet. Sora saw her thrown out of view before thousands of Heartless appeared and began to attack. “Kaiya!” he called, fighting through the Heartless, “Kaiya!” He received no response.
It was then that Sora spotted Kaiya. She was hanging over the edge of the platform with only one hand. “Sora!” she yelled. Completely blocked off by Heartless, Sora couldn’t do anything to get to his comrade. Kaiya realized this as well and struggled to get her second hand onto the platform. In a couple minutes she managed that and began to hoist herself up through sheer brute strength. She had hoisted herself up to her waist when she spotted a pair of black boots and the bottom of a long cloak in front of her. Looking up, Kaiya spotted a head of pink hair.
“Hello, Kaiya.” Marluxia said with a smirk.
Kaiya stopped dead in her tracks. Looking to the ground, she grinned. “Come to sprinkle me with rose petals, have you Marluxia?” she asked sarcastically.
Marluxia’s eyes flashed as she said this, “You’ll get up and come with me,” he said, summoning his scythe and placing the blade under Kaiya’s neck, “now.”
Kaiya gulped and hurriedly got to her feet. “There’s a good girl.” Marluxia said coldly. Kaiya glared. He opened a portal and hoisted a kicking and screaming Kaiya over his shoulder. “Kaiya!” Sora shouted as Marluxia began to haul her off. Kaiya realized her struggle wasn’t working and leaned closer to Marluxia’s arm. She opened her mouth wide and bit down firmly.
Marluxia gave a small gasp of pain and dropped Kaiya to the floor. She rolled away and fought her way through the Heartless to Sora’s side. “You alright?” Sora asked.
“Never better.” Kaiya replied with a wide grin.
Marluxia got up, rubbing his right arm gingerly and stepped through the portal with a glare and disappeared. Sora, Kaiya, Donald, and Goofy defeated the rest of the Heartless and sat back in exhaustion. “Why are all the Organization members after me?” Kaiya wondered aloud.
“How do you figure?” Sora asked.
“Well, the whole reason I’m here is because Axel tried to kidnap me. I escaped by going through his portal and ended up finding you, Riku, and Kairi. Now Marluxia just came and tried to kidnap me.” She explained, “I’m so confused.”
“That doesn’t make sense.” Sora commented, “Why would they kidnap you?”
“Search me.” Kaiya answered, “Maybe the same reason for while you were in Castle Oblivion, to become a puppet.”
Sora looked confused for a moment, but Kaiya cut him off, “C’mon. We have a Heartless server to derezz.” She said.
Sora nodded and followed Kaiya into the entryway. Black cords prickling with red electricity greeted them as they made their way through the entryway and into the download area of the Eos Tower.
They found themselves staring into what looked like the ring the MCP was fought in. Instead of the face, however, the symbol for Heartless dotted the tower. As they entered, the way shut and locked, leaving them trapped inside. The tower in the center began to rotate, making the Heartless symbols a blur as they flew by.
“How are we supposed to shut it down?” Sora asked as some small Heartless appeared.
Kaiya hit one down and watched as little digitized orbs flew from it. “I think we freeze it with enough of the bits.” Kaiya replied. Sora shrugged and got to work. In a matter of minutes they had gathered enough bytes to freeze the central tower. Sora performed the command and immediately the tower froze, dispelling all the Heartless in the room.
The cords shrank in the back to reveal a saving console, which was flashing. “It’s a message from Tron.” Kaiya explained, her fingers flying across the keyboard as she pulled up the message. “He’s trying to give us a download so we can derezz the server, but with this thing blocking it, there’s no way it won’t be tainted. I’ll try and reroute it so we can download it from this console.”
Sora just stared blankly at Kaiya while she worked. “Are ya sure it’s gonna work?” Goofy asked her.
“Of course.” Kaiya said confidently, “My dad’s a computer programmer.”
“Well, this had better work, because that Heartless isn’t going to stay frozen forever!” Donald put in.
“There!” Kaiya exclaimed as the screen went a blank white.
“What did you do?” Sora asked fearfully.
“Don’t worry.” Kaiya said calmly, “In a couple of seconds or so, we’ll know the job is done.”
Sure enough, about five seconds after Kaiya finished her sentence, both of Sora’s and Kaiya’s keyblades digitized and were recalibrated. “It doesn’t look any different.” Sora commented as he turned the Keyblade over in his hands.
“The difference is the attack power.” Kaiya stated with a wicked grin. “With this download from Tron, we can derezz that server simply by hitting it.”
Sora and Kaiya walked up to the edge of the platform and took careful aim. Both Keyblades hit their mark on different Heartless symbols. The center pillar cracked in a digital way and broke off into tiny microchips, leaving the room clean and free of any trace of Heartless.
Making their way back to the canyon, Sora and the others found Tron waiting outside his “cell” for them.
“Thank you, Sora, Kaiya.” He said with a smile, “And of course Donald and Goofy.”

Again, it might be awhile before the next chapter comes...sorry. -.-"

Chapter 3

“Sora!” came the call of Yuffie’s voice.
“Hey! Yuffie! Good to see you!” he called back.
“Boy, am I glad you’re here!” Yuffie said as she caught up to them. “Something’s gone wrong with Tron! The heartless corrupted his files, so now he’s acting like the super computer!”
“What?” they all asked in surprise.
“Come see for yourself!” Yuffie said, running on ahead, “The others are already there!”
They all looked at each other and then followed Yuffie to Ansem’s computer room. Leon was there keying in some things on the computer, but to no avail. This was made obvious when he slammed his fist on the controls. “It’s no use. I don’t know what those Nobodies uploaded, but I can’t reverse it. You’ll have to go and find out what’s going on in there.” He said.
Kaiya shifted nervously. She never liked the idea of being digitized into Space paranoids. It was then Leon looked up and noticed her. “Who’s this?” he asked.
“I’m Kaiya, the new Keyblade wielder.” Kaiya answered, proving it by summoning the Fairy Harp.
Leon looked at her for a moment, and then turned back to the controls. “I’m programming you guys to go in, so step up to the portal.” He explained.
They all stepped forward and waited. In a moment they were hit by a beam of light and transported into Space paranoids.
Kaiya found herself in the pit cell she had so often seen in Kingdom hearts 2. She was now wearing a silver suit and skirt with blue lines decorating them in a microchip style. As she looked in front of her, the computer console was flashing.
“It looks like Leon is sending us something.” Kaiya said, going up to the keyboard and trying to retrieving the message.
“How do you know how to-” Sora began, but Kaiya cut him off.
“Long story.” She continued to type until she had the message. “The Organization seems to have captured Tron and placed him in a separate Pit Cell somewhere in the area. In the meantime, several Heartless mainframes have taken his place. Destroy these and everything should go back to normal. Good luck.”
“Seems we’ve got our work cut out for us.” Riku said, leaning against the pit cell wall.
“No kidding. Let’s go before the Heartless know we’re here.” Kaiya said.
They exited the pit cell and headed for the canyon. Once there, Sora noticed something different about the area. “It just doesn’t seem right.” Sora said, “I can’t place my finger on it.”
Kaiya looked idly into the place where the server had been. It had long since been underground, and now it was serving as a pit cell for Tron. “Uh…Sora…”Kaiya said, “Is THAT why it’s different?” She pointed to Tron and they gave a gasp. Sora made a dash for him, but was thrown back by running into a shield. “Ouch.” He said, rubbing his head and standing up again.
“You’ll have to defeat the Heartless servers before you can free me.” Tron said, “The Heartless server is in the Eos Tower."

That's it for now. It might be awile for the next chapter, so sit back! I'll be busy with school and such, so I'll try and finish the next chapter soon!

Chapter 2

Here's the next chapter of my fanfic. More next week!
Kaiya awoke to the sounds of voices. “Do you think she’s the one he mentioned?”
“She’s got to be, she has a Keyblade, doesn’t she?”
“Yeah, but where did she come from?”
Kaiya opened her eyes, and nearly shut them again out of brightness. Regaining her senses, Kaiya realized she was lying in sand and staring up at a blue sky. With a groan, she sat up and rubbed her head. The voices immediately stopped.
“Wh-Where am I?” Kaiya asked, her eyes adjusting to the sunlight. She jumped to her feet as soon as she realized who she was standing in front of. “Thi-This can’t be possible!” she exclaimed in surprise, “Sora? Riku? Kairi?”
The three looked astonished at one another. “How did you know that?” Riku asked bewildered.
“Well…you see I came from-” she cut herself off, hearing Donald’s voice ring in her head, “MEDDLING!”
“It’s a long story.” Kaiya said, scratching the back of her head. It was then she noticed she was different. Instead of her long flame red hair that reached to her back, her hair was a mimic of Kairi’s. It was the same flame red, but cut in Kairi’s style with the tips dyed a deep green. She was wearing loose black pants with a green, flower patterned sarong tied around her waist. Her top was a strapless green shirt like Kairi’s pink one, but tied up crisscrossed like a Renaissance dress with a white cord. Beneath that was a sleeveless thick black mesh shirt. Her hands were wrapped in Renaissance style gloves that were tied at the sides in a light lavender color. On her feet were black boots.
“So…can you guys tell me why I’m here?” Kaiya asked sheepishly.
“The king sent us a letter.” Kairi said, snatching the letter from Sora’s hands and handing it to Kaiya. “Take a look.”
Confused, Kaiya took the letter and began to read:
Dear Sora, Riku, and Kairi,
I have just received news that Organization XIII is coming back to power. I have no news on how yet, but you’ll need to stop them. I have a feeling they’re trying to make Kingdom hearts again, so be careful. The worlds are in danger. I’ll be sending Donald and Goofy soon to come and pick you up. I’m afraid I cannot accompany you on this journey, so I am sending another Keyblader to help you out. You’ll know it’s her when she arrives, so I don’t have to describe her to you. Please be safe. We’re all counting on you.

King Mickey

“So…I’m the new Keyblader?” Kaiya asked.
“Guess so.” Sora replied, “Welcome aboard!” He came over and wrapped his arm around her shoulder in a friendly way.
“Glad to join.” Kaiya said awkwardly.
Before Kaiya could comment anymore, she saw a blue and green blur flash by and Sora was instantly on the ground. Riku and Kairi were laughing as Sora sheepishly said, “Nice to see you too, Donald and Goofy.”
Kaiya couldn’t help but smile. The mage and knight had embraced Sora in a friendly, yet painful, glomp. “The king sent us right away!” Donald said, “He said you would need us again.”
Goofy had gotten up and was looking at Kaiya curiously. “Who are you?” he asked suspiciously.
“Name’s Kaiya.” She replied, giving a small peace sign.
“Hmmm…I’ve never seen you before!” Donald said with suspicion.
“Easy guys. She’s here to help us.” Sora said, cutting in front of them, “Kaiya’s the new Keyblade wielder.”
Donald and Goofy surveyed Kaiya with interest. “It’s true.” She said with a smile, and made the Fairy Harp appear in a flash of greenish-white light in her left hand. Donald and Goofy shrugged, apparently satisfied.
Kaiya sighed and rolled her eyes before walking across the bridge to where the gummi ship had landed. All of them watched her bewildered. “Well…come on!” she shouted back, “Are we going after the Organization or not?”
Sora and Riku smiled at each other and ran over. “I’m driving.” Kaiya said, just as both Riku and Sora opened their mouths to call it. They hung their heads and got in, Kaiya smiling triumphantly over them. Donald and Goofy weren’t far behind as they took off. “Good luck, guys!” Kairi called.
Sora smiled out the window as Kaiya lifted the shi off the ground and into space.
“Luckily the paths we opened to the worlds have held so far.” Donald said, “Let’s first check on Leon and the others.”
Kaiya directed the gummi ship to Hollow Bastion. Things were going smoothly until she nocited something on the horizon. “What’s that?” she asked, squinting to get a better view.”
She heard Sora gasp, “Heartless ships! Thousands of them! And they’re headed straight for us!” Kaiya gritted her teeth. Of all the bad things, this had to be the worst.
“We should have upgraded before we left.” She said, “Hold on. This is gonna get bumpy.”
Kaiya put the gummi ship in full speed and went into the Heartless ship line. There were more than thousands, there were tens of thousands. Heartless and Nobody ships forming an assault on their tiny gummi ship. Kaiya dodged carefully around the ships and enemy fire as she navigated at top speed.
“Are you crazy?!” Riku shouted, “You’ll get us killed! Go up or at least slow down!”
“I can’t do that.” Kaiya said, “This speed is the only thing keeping us from enemy fire one step ahead. Sora, man the guns. We’ll need them.”
Sora nodded and fired away at the ships, making their course somewhat easier. After a couple of minutes, Hollow Bastion, now called Radiant Garden, could be seen. They all breathed a sigh of relief.
“Well…that was interesting.” Kaiya said as she landed the ship.

My KH Fanfiction

Here's chapter one for now. I'll post more next week. This was made last Sunday when it was raining outside and i had absolutely nothing to do.
The red-head let out a sigh as she stared out the window. It was another boring Sunday with rain. She sat on a couch with her head resting in the palm of her right hand as she watched the water fall. Her father was out helping a friend, so she was stuck all alone to do nothing. Her hazel eyes fell to the floor as she got up and began to pace, her long red hair following every step. She had beaten kingdom Hearts last week, so now she had nothing to do but pace and think. “If there was one place I could visit right now, it would be Destiny Island.” She thought with another reminiscent sigh. The girl had watched every video she could find on the Kingdom Heats not released in the US and had beaten both games that were. The more she played, the more she longed to go to that fictional world where hearts collide. She had often drawn pictures of what she would look like there and what her story would be. Now, on this rainy Sunday afternoon, those thoughts came back to her.
“It’s so unfair.” She thought, “Why do all the cool worlds have to be fictional?”
With that, she headed for her basement to replay the first Kingdom Hearts. A deep rumble of thunder overhead told her the storm was getting worse. She shook her head and turned on the game. As the menu screen popped up, she selected “New Game” and watched the opening sequence. “I’ve been having these weird thoughts lately.” Sora’s voice said, “…like, is any of this for real… or not?”
A loud roar of thunder startled the girl from her focus on the screen as a huge lightning flash followed in quick succession. She was plunged into darkness as the power was cut. “Great. My only entertainment gone.” She said miserably.
“Don’t be afraid of the darkness.” A voice whispered.
“Who’s there?” she asked.
“You don’t have anything to fear, Kaiya, embrace the darkness.”
The voice sounded so familiar, but where was it from? Kaiya squinted into the hallway behind her, but couldn’t make anything out. It was like the words that spread across the screen with no voice to them in the first Kingdom Hearts. Out of nowhere, a cloaked arm grabbed her around the neck. “What? Let me go!” Kaiya shouted. The figure didn’t listen. Kaiya looked up at her captor, but a hood hid his face from her. “Organization XIII?” Kaiya whispered with a gasp. Craning her neck, Kaiya noticed an open portal a few feet from them. “Let me go!” she shouted, struggling to free herself. She suddenly felt something thrust into her hands, like a weapon. Without caring what it was, Kaiya struck her captor. He released her in a cry of pain and turned to face her again.
“You’re coming with me, conscious or not.” He said.
Kaiya paused for a minute, recognizing the voice, “…Axel?...”
The figure jumped back in surprise, but quickly regained himself. With a sigh, he pulled off his hood, revealing the spiky-haired red-head. “I see I don’t need an introduction.” He said flatly.
“’Course not! You’re the best member of Organization XIII!” Kaiya said, “You’re practically my homeboy!” She had often used that saying in front of her friends.
“Really? I’m so flattered, really, but I’ve got my orders and I intend to follow them.” Axel said sarcastically. “Now you’re coming with-”
“What?” Kaiya asked, wondering why he paused.
“Impossible…you…have a Keyblade?” he said in shock.
“What are you-?” Kaiya began, but then looked in her hand. The Fairy Harp, the Keyblade obtained in Neverland was in Kaiya’s hand. She was now even more confused.
Axel took this opportunity to grab Kaiya and toss her into the portal, quickly following after her. She suddenly thought of the videos she had seen. “I’ve got to get out of here before he comes back.” She thought, noticing Axel coming up. Kaiya jumped to her feet and ran away form Axel as fast as she could. “I’m not being a Heartless!” she screamed at him, noticing a portal ahead. Without looking back, Kaiya jumped through it and felt herself falling.

Cosplays, Atlanta, and Celtic Woman, Oh My!

By the time you read this, I will be in Atlanta. It's for a lego tournament in the Georgia Dome. GO BANANOS! Being state champions of Minnesota is awesome. This will be a great oppurtunity to meet some people who share our passion. Even teams from 38 different countries will be there! I've been waiting for this since January!

Once I get back from that, Wednesday the 18 I'm going to Celtic Woman! I saw them last year, but I want to see them again! I love Celtic Woman!!! I can't wait to see them! Especially since I got their new CD as an early birthday present!

After that, it's No Brand Con in Eau Claire, WI!!! My first convention, since the other one was sold out, and this time I pre-registered!!! YAY!!! I'm going with my friend Mei, so this will be great! I'm hoping to improve my Asuna costume some since I've had more time. Maybe I can find a thrift store in Atlanta......

A Day of Mourning, Loss, and Tragedy

The first day of spring for me will forever be tarnished with sadness. My mother passed away this morning, the morning of spring's first day. I was in Social Studies at the time and got a call to go to the office after class. Another call came in for me to go right then. It was about 10:45. I had no idea how serious this was going to be until my neighbor was waiting for me in the hall. Tears were streaming down her eyes as I gaped at her wondering, "What was wrong?" She then told me, "Hurry. It's not good." Shock flew over me as I realized what was happening. I kept thinking, "Oh, God, mom. Please hang on until I get there."
Going twice the speed limit, we finally reached my house. Before the car even stopped I was out and running. Through the open door, up the stairs, not caring who else was there. My dad saw me and said through sobs, "I'm sorry. Mom passed away." Utter shock took over my body and I ran to her screaming, "Promise me you'll look after me!" I didn't care about the police officers (although they probably think I'm a freak now.), I just sat by her and cried. We had been through so much together, and now, after a 4 year fight with ovarian cancer, she was gone from this world forever. I know it sounds strange, but I don't feel sad or guilty. I know it sounds cruel, but I'm happy she passed on. I had a good relationship with her, and I'm happy that her suffering is over.
Over the next few hours, processions of people came to give their condolensces and make their peace. She had her last rites and we said a prayer. I feel like as long as I'm in this house, I will feel her with me. I don't feel empty like I thought I would. I feel at peace and happy. May she finally lead the life she had always wanted: a happy, cancer-free one!

How to cram all the holidays into One Saying.

And there you have it. Christmas, Hannaka (Sorry if I spelled this wrong my Jewish friends, I am not very good at spelling), Kwanzaa, and the Winter Solstice. I know most people go "Winter Solstice? That's not a holiday!" Ahh, but it is my friend! The Wiccans celebrate the winter solstice! A time to honor the sun's return on the longest night of the year! See, I bet you learned something new today! :D
